My name is Denise Trujillo and I am the Owner/Director of Stretch-n-Grow of the East Valley. I have worked with children  in several different capacities for over 25 years,. My experience includes working as a nanny, teaching children's art classes, working with special needs children and teaching children's fitness and nutrition.

 I became the owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow of the East Valley at the end of 2013, and has been passionate about fighting the growing epidemic of childhood obesity ever since. Previous to this I had worked as a circuit trainer  at a women's fitness club and taught weight loss and nutrition classes for adults.

I am a certified Youth Fitness Instructor, and am educated in exercise for young children, I am  also certified in CPR and First Aid and Caregiver qualified by the state of Arizona. My coaching staff  and I are continually educated in motor development exercise and nutrition education for young children. 

I have genuine love for children and am dedicated to improving the quality of life for future generations.

My name is coach Tom. I love the outside world, camping, fishing, and sports like football and basketball. I also love to teach kids how to play  sports and to stay hydrated but most of all to have a smile and have fun with all of it. So I hope I can be a coach that kids will love. I teach All Star Sports and All Star Soccer with Stretch-n-Grow

 Hi everyone, I’m Melissa! I’m 23,  born and raised in chandler, currently working as a personal trainer and nutritionist as well as Music Stars and Fitness Stars/Camp Fit Coach with Stretch-n-Grow.  I am very excited to get to know all of you and your kiddos!
 

 Hello! My name is Keyanah and I have worked with kids for about 8 years now. Seeing kids having fun and learning to be themselves brings me so much joy that I am continuing down that path. I now have 2 little boys of my own so it’s constant teaching and learning that I am doing everyday. I can not wait to teach and learn from your little kiddos as well! I teach All Star Gymnastics  and All Star Cheer.

 Hi I’m Sarah! I’m originally from Chicago, Illinois and am currently pursuing a graduate degree in school psychology at the University of Arizona. My background in dance includes years of hip-hop, modern, jazz, and poms throughout my childhood and high school years. I’m passionate about working with kids, families, and being a positive role model for them, as my professional work background includes working with children as a behavior therapist and then eventually as an elementary school counselor for the last 4 years. In my free time, I love to read, paint, spend quality time with family and friends, and cuddle with my 2 adorable cats! I also teach Zumba classes at my local LA Fitness on the weekends. I love ALL things dance, fitness, health, and wellness, and I’m super excited to meet and coach your awesome kids! I teach Dance Stars and All Star Gymnastics with Stretch-n-Grow.

Hi! My name is Mia, and I was born and raised in Mesa, AZ. I was a competitive cheerleader and cheered in High School for a total of 14 years. I am teaching All-Star Gymnastics and have previously taught gymnastics/tumbling at other gyms. I love seeing kids learn and watch them achieve their goals!
